Same-Sex Marriage and the Public School Curriculum

Here's the "Yes on 8" ad based on the Parker v. Hurley case, which I discuss below.

The question: Is it appropriate and desirable for public schools to be teaching second-graders that same-sex marriage is just like any other marriage? I don't think so, but I am just one voter. I do think that the question is not one for the courts, but for the people.

When will the liberal illuminati open their eyes to the fact that there is no other form of marriage outside of a man and a woman? Joining together of a man and a woman is marriage. Two men or two women living together, sharing their life and loving each other is not marriage. I do believe however that said couples deserve to be at the bedside of a sick or dying loved one, name whomever they choose as a beneficiary, get the insurance benefits of a couple living together and things of this nature. But let's stop this faulty effort to make marriage something it is not. And by all means keep it out of the classroom. That is half the problem with our declining education system-far too many political opinions and not enough math and science!
