They had a line in the report saying, "... California's law allowing gay marriage...." This isn't true. There is no law allowing gay marriage. It was a court that overturned the definition of marriage for California.
Laws are passed by the legislature or through initiative process. Gay marriage in California is by judicial fiat, not law. I wish they'd get the story straight.
