This is very funny, but it's also interesting to see the attempt to make Sarah Palin look dumb.



I have always found it fascinating that liberals seem to feel a need to make conservative standard-bearers look stupid, silly, or both. Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan, George H. W. Bush, and George W. Bush (especially GWB) have all been cast as idiots. (Of course, all of these dummies except Ford defeated a "smarter" Democrat opponent.) My theory is that the more elitist-oriented liberals are arrogant, or insecure, or both. After all, they are right because they are smart and sophisticated and well-educated. The only possible reason anyone could disagree with them is cluelessness, naivete, or outright stupidity.

But who keeps winning elections? Is there something going on here the liberals don't quite understand?
