A Reminder of Our Debt to Our Armed Forces and Veterans

Joining my brother Hedgehog Lowell in our run-up to Memorial Day, please check out this beautiful photo and musical essay. One might quibble about the creator's decision to include in the essay the famous photo of firemen raising the American flag over the ruins of the World Trade Center, since the firemen were not in our military services, but it is certainly consistent with an overall theme of gratitude to those who put their bodies and lives on the line to safeguard us and our liberty.
