I'm surprised you give the Bush people a free pass here. Don't you think that they probably made the deal based on William's assurance that he wouldn't disclose the contract?

Excellent point. I have not been following this story closely and do not know enough yet to have an opinion on the Bush administration allocating all that money to P.R. for its pet education program. It does worry me. Beleive me, I'll be back with a post criticizing the Administration if it looks smelly to me.
