Executions Double under Iranian Moderate Regime

Remember the bad old days when Iran's President was the radical and publicly nasty Mahmoud Ahmenidijad?

Now of course Iran's President is the moderate, smiling Hassan Rhouhani:

The only problem is that, as reported today in a column in the Huffington Post by Dr. Majid Rafizadeh, President of the International American Council on the Middle East, based on United Nations data, in 2015, Iran executed nearly twice as many people than in 2010, under mean old Mr. Ahmenidijad, and roughly ten times as many people as in 2005.
