Rick Newcombe, founded Creator's Syndicate in Los Angeles in 1987, and is its President. On tooday's Wall Street Journal Editorial Page Mr. Newcombe relates how the anti-business climate created by the City Government's bureaucrats is driving his business out of the City. Some choice quotes:
