Whither the GOP?

Pia Varma (photo right) is a young Republican Party activist. I know little about her other than she attended Columbia University and has been involved in a real estate devlopment project in the Philadelphia area. Her column on the future of the Republican Party, "The Fault, dear Republicans, is not in our stars, but in ourselves," appears on The Truth Mill, a blog run by the Los Angeles County Republican Alliance. She is speaking at that organization's meeting this evening on the topic of "Rebranding the Republican Party." The Kosher Hedgehog is unable to attend, but I found Ms. Varma's take on rebuilding the Party, as expressed in her column, to be intriguing. Any reactions, dear readers?
